bigaitch has rated Jan Breydelstadion 4.0 out of 5.
Went for a league game Club Brugge v AS Eupen and it was really enjoyable. This is a fairly old ground that has been modernised and although is showing its age, is still a cracking venue.
The Brugge fans are a noisy lot which added to the occasion, and I thoroughly enjoyed the trip.
Coming from UK it is well placed as it is only around an hours drive from the Eurotunnel and on the right side of town to make an easy escape afterwards.
Parking is easy as there is off street parking nearby in a decent neighbourhood.
Sat opposite main stand on lower tier that was previously terracing. Decent view of the action from here.
Loads of food and drink outlets with significant variety and plenty of loos that were decent enough.
No programmes issued for the game, but decent superstore.
Loads available in and around the ground with plenty of options.
Saw a few police and there were plenty of stewards all of whom seemed pretty relaxed.
Tremendous atmosphere in the ground with a crowd of around 25,000. Plenty of singing and support for the home team. Raucous but not threatening,
