bigaitch has rated East Ham Manorway 0.5 out of 5.
I went to Manorway in 1993 for a London Spartan League fixture between Beckton United and St Andrews. This was the most basic of grounds. There were no seats, there was no cover, other than that used by the golf driving range which shared the facility, and there was no hard standing around the pitch. Literally this was a pitch that was railed off on one side only, and had a clubhouse, that in reality belonged to the driving range. I made up a quarter of the crowd for my visit, and there was no gate taken and unsurprisingly, no programme issued. Incredibly, Woodford Town used the venue for a Southern League match in 1986 when their own venue was unavailable. The pitch was actually located on what is now Albatross Close, on the graphic above, that is the houses located immediately east of the pitch shown, which is the West Ham United Community pitch.
If you have a car, then fine, it ran alongside the A13. However, if not, the nearest stations were a 25 minute or so bus ride away.
No facilities at all really but a decent view
Bar was okay , nothing outstanding but not too bad. Nowhere to get a cuppa though. Otherwise, nothing.
See above.
None existent.
Are you kidding ? A crowd of 4..!
