"Reasonable facilities - poor atmosphere"

Unfortunately, grounds with tracks around them are never usually going to carry a lot of favour. Coupled with Croydon's poor support and the atmosphere is dire. That said, the facilities are good - the main stand is raised above the dressing rooms and offers a very good, if distant view of the pitch. The far side has a raised grass bank and again offers the same view. Okay in the sun, but no use in the rain as it is uncovered. IF the track did not exist, this would be a tidy little ground, however, whilst we should applaud a venue that is multi purpose, it will never win awards as a favourite non league ground.

Just off main road and is served by a tram stop, so easily accessible from the rail network via Croydon East.
