My recent visit to Molineux was 7th March 2020, where Brighton earned a valuable point and frustrated Wolves in the process with a goalless draw.
Wolverhampton Wanderers 0-0 Brighton & Hove Albion, Premier league 2019/20
Molineux is a great stadium to watch a game of football. Away fans are generally seated in the Steve Bull stand, however for my last visit we were housed in the corner of the Stan Culls Stand (North bank). This is a two tier stand which was constructed in 2012 and looks impressive.
Despite the Steve Bull stand being slightly far from the pitch it didn’t cause any issues. However, I preferred the North Bank as I was sitting in the upper tier which gave a perfect view and was fitted with safe standing.
The Steve Bull stand looks like it needs a bit of TLC on the lighting front as it was slightly dark in some areas. North Bank has numerous flights of stairs to the concourse which is fairly modern and clean.
Really good options available notably their pies
Good and up for a laugh
Wolves have an excellent fanbase with a rich passion for their team and make great noise inside the stadium. Really friendly to talk before and after a match. They also have a fan zone which is open to away fans.
