My recent visit to the London Stadium was 1st February 2019, where Brighton rescued a point and could have even stolen victory after being 3-1 down to draw 3-3 in a dramatic second half.
West Ham United 3-3 Brighton & Hove Albion, Premier League 2019/20.
The London Stadium was the venue for the 2012 Olympic and Paralympic games before it became West Ham’s new stadium in 2016. Although the original stadium design has changed significantly, it still looks great.
All my previous visits I have chosen to sit in the lower tier of the away stand as you see a better view of the pitch than the top tier. There’s a sizable gap between the two tiers which affects the atmosphere of the away end. The lower tier is a temporary structure in order to get closer to the pitch.
They were fine
Strongly recommend trying the hotdogs as they tasted great and even purchased a second for good measures mainly as I was hungry ;)
Friendly and up for a laugh. Poor marshalling after the match finished.
Seems to be improving every season as the home supporters were in fine voice and stadium erupted when they score.
