My recent visit to Culver Road was 3rd March 2020, where Brighton u23’s reached the Sussex Senior Cup final by overcoming a spirited Worthing team in a dramatic game.
Brighton & Hove Albion u23’s 3-2 Worthing (AET) Sussex Senior cup 2019/20.
The stadium is the home of Lancing FC but is shared with the Sussex County FA making this their headquarters.
The pitch is 3G which means the stadium can host more games and training sessions than a regular grass pitch.
I was sitting in the main stand; the notable mention is the seats are padded apart from the backs but it was a treat. Depending on where you sit in the main stand the view may be a slightly restricted due to a floodlight post
All was good, plenty of bins to dispose of your rubbish. Toilets were clean and modern.
Good range of food available and very friendly staff.
The stadium isn’t far from Worthing so they brought plenty of fans and generated a great atmosphere from start to finish. Attendance was an impressive 946 on the night.
