bentherover has rated The Millennium Stadium (Principality Stadium) 4.5 out of 5.
I visited the Millennium Stadium on the 1st April 2007 for the Johnstones Paint Trophy final between Bristol Rovers against Doncaster Rovers. The ground outside looked fantastic and nicely built, I was looking forwards to going into the Wales national team's home stadium, which is also the home of the Welsh rugby team. The atmosphere in the ground was outstanding with up to 60,000 fans from Bristol and Doncaster. Rovers (Doncaster) in the first 5 minutes were already leading by 2 goals to 0, then Bristol Rovers got 2 goals back to take it the extra time at 2-2. Then a header from a Sean Thorton corner by Graeme Lee won the trophy for the South Yorkshire club.
Match Result:
Bristol Rovers 2-3 Doncaster Rovers AET
