"Belle Vue, Doncaster Rovers Old Ground"

has rated Belle Vue 2.5 out of 5.

bentherover's review of Belle Vue

My first ever Doncaster Rovers game was at the home ground Belle Vue which was packed with memories from the past. The first game I went to was in the 2003-2004 season where we drew 1-1 with Darlington. My last game was the final game at Belle Vue against Nottingham Forest in the 2006-2007 season which ended 1-0 to Doncaster. But the ground had showned giant killings in Carling Cup against Manchester City, Aston Villa and scaring Arsenal but missing out. But overall the ground itself had a decent pitch, the main stand had seats but the other 3 ends were terraces where people could only stand.
