Impressive stadium. The design and architecture is fantastic. Modern and large stadium that you is still on top of the pitch. Great stadium.
Located a 10 minute walk from the station and 5 minutes from the away pub I was in very good. Only downside is how far north Newcastle is.
For the last season away fans are in the upper tier. I wouldn't want to be that high every week but for a one of it's fantastic. Good view of the pitch, great view of the stadium and town.
Clean, small que for the bar as there is lots of staff. Very adequate.
Didn't eat, food was priced reasonably. Beer was average priced, served cold. Selections of beer which is rare in football stadiums, welcomed surprise.
Minimal police which is good. Steward tired to take his job to serious upon entry (he knew it was a glasses case, lets no play games old man) but steward okay once in the ground.
Fantastic away support but was disappointed with the home support. Heard big things about Newcastle home support but they weren't vocal at all and seemed to complain a lot more than your average supporters.
