arnfurious has rated Lye Meadow 2.5 out of 5.
Alvechurch is a pleasant little non-league ground. It's set in a beautiful rural location with rolling hills in the background.
It's on a main road and it's quite easy to find but parking on the grass alongside the road may be required due to a tiny car park at the club.
I got to stand at one end and had a great view of the pitch. There isn't a lot of seating here, there's only one stand but everywhere seemed to have a good view. There's quite a lot of space around the back at the Shed End and that part of the ground is terraced so views are decent.
It was fairly quiet but I went to a May bank holiday end of season round robin match. It felt more like a pre-season friendly and everything was very relaxed.
