I've been to Newlandsfield on a number of occasions now, and really enjoy my visits. Easily accessible, cheap, basic facilities, and hardcore fans.
Located on the south side of Glasgow, the ground is within walking distance of couple of different railway lines - Pollokshaws East (5 mins, Cathcart Circle), Pollokshaws West (15 mins, Glasgow South Western Line). It's also not far from the M77 and M74 motorways, and just off the A77, which is a major bus route.
There isn't a huge amount of car parking, but there is parking available in the nearby Morrison's supermarket and on the surrounding streets in Newlands.
No seats, but there is covered standing under the large cowshed which covers most of the western side of the pitch. There are pillars for the roof, but they don't really disrupt the view of the pitch at all. The remaining sides of the pitch are all slabbed terracing, which generally has seen better days.
Uncovered urinal troughs outside for the gents, don't believe there are any female facilities (other than the Lok social club outside the ground). Small refreshments shed offering rolls, soup, teas, coffees, etc.
Some catering available, reasonably priced and seems to be decent quality judging by comments from other punters. I haven't eaten anything from there to be honest.
The Lok social club is adjacent to the ground and serves good quality food and drink, highly recommended for a pre- or post-game pint.

Always attracts good numbers, generally between 200-500 for most games. Home support is always vocal and the cowshed has a decent buzz throughout games. The volunteers manning the ticket booths and selling programmes and raffle tickets are always friendly and welcoming.
