Whyteleaf v Chipstead - Isthmian League South - 26th December 2017
Local derby on Boxing Day.
The ground has seen better days and lacks facilities.
The ground is between two stations on a side road, with plenty of free parking on that road, sufficient for a normal gate.
The one seated stand on the side has a part of the roof missing and many large pillars, so not possible to get two seats together that both have clear views of both goals. Covered standing on four sides. The main terrace behind one goal has some seating, which was very dirty. We stood in the middle which gave a good view as the terrace is high enough and steep enough.
No disabled toilets, No lock on the ladies cubicles.
Small club shop.
Programme sold on the turnstile.
Clubhouse is outside the ground across the car park; not visited.
Simple burger bar on the main terrace.
Tea and coffee were fine
No police and one steward managing the players gate.
Despite not winning in 13 games, the home fans found their voice in the second half, coming back to win after being a goal down.
Friendly and no problems.
