"Ground 4 Nuneaton Borough/ Liberty Way"

My first visit was with coventry city to see the sky blues take on Nuneaton in a friendly. Coventry fans have always been in fine voice there and backed the team quite well, with good numbers attending too. However as i started to visit the ground more the atmosphere was very poor. Always a cold ground with steel stands behind both goals, a open terrace on the side. and a small seated one opposite.

Location

Not the easiest of grounds to get to on public transport, with there being very little ways of getting to the ground from the train station beyond a taxi. it being in an industrial estate clearly doesn't help this, with side roads and alleys being part of the route. Not too bad to drive, however i wouldn't advise paying to park in the car park as theres plenty of space outside the ground.

Not the best one to do in cold wether, bring a hat and gloves. No restricted views from the standing section, however paying an extra £2 to sit on a seat, in a stand held up by scaffolding isn't the best. The ground lacks charactor with some flags hung on the back of the terrace being the only real character.

Facilities

Decent sized club house and many food options in there and pitch side. However the club is very inconsistent with facilities. With there being skips coving turnstiles and toilet lights not being on at times. Ive experiences several problems like this at the Boro.

Food & Drink

Lots off food available in the ground. You get what you pay for but nothing special.

Atmosphere

Quite a quiet ground at times, with some young teens who stand behind the goal try to create an atmosphere in a quiet soulless ground.
