"Decent enough ground for their level"

has rated Queensgate 2.5 out of 5.

MartE's review of Queensgate

Decent sized 4 sided ground, main stand with a good terraced section at one end, although views obstructed by pillars, hard standing around rest of ground, a cover at the far end and a small shelter on the halfway line.
Good bar with tables and a slightly raised viewing area, although the catch net obstructs some views.

Location

10 minute walk from the station, although the area does have a bit of a run down feel to it.

View

Decent views apart from the pillars and netting

Facilities

Only 1, rundown toilet block behind the main stand, but toilets inside the bar too.

Food & Drink

Good sized bar and decent catering facilities serving the usual fayre.

Police & Stewards

none that I saw.

Atmosphere

Apart from the odd shout/clap of encouragement and the odd obscenity shouted, there was hardly any noise, not even from the 30 or so away supporters.
