BMH has rated Stockport Sports Village 3.5 out of 5.
Writing a review after your team has won, on a sunny day obviously helps.
But a decent community non league ground.
Drove to the ground and maybe a touch on the tricky side to find, but once there, plenty of parking.
Really good. Unobstructed views from all four sides of the ground.
Very tidy little club house incorporated into a stand with say 50 / 100 (? I didn't count) seated stand.
Plus one three stepped roofed terrace that runs behind the full length of one end of the ground.
Spot on.
Tidy ground, decent views, decent seated stand and terrace.
Ample parking.
Excelled here.
At pitch side is 'The Hatch' and within the clubhouse a serving area.
The young lad in 'The Hatch' was as pleasant and helpful as you could wish for.
The staff in the clubhouse were also very accommodating.
The food and drink was good, almost like home cooking.
N/A
The attendance was boosted by a good number of supporters from the Isle of Man, both UK based and those that had travelled over to the game.
