BMH has rated Croit Lowey 3.5 out of 5.
Bright sunshine masked the bitterly cold and strong wind. The wind spoilt the game which was a scrappy affair. Union Mills largely on top in 1st half with backs to wind but failed to capitalise and got caught twice. Rushen took over 2nd half scoring a penalty soon after half time and a 4th with last kick off game. UM scored one in response.
£1 to get in, no programme or pin badge.
Ground is located at Droghadfayle Road, Port Erin.
Easy to drive to from Douglas, buses also available and on a seasonal basis so is the steam train which runs a few feet away from one side of the pitch.
Plenty of free parking nearby + garage & shops a short walk away
Half of the length of one side of the pitch is the club house & changing rooms, with a small sheltered / covered area included within it.
Otherwise standing all around the pitch.
Good licensed club house, with small snack bar & loos.
Very busy snack bar at half time, serving hot drinks and very reasonably priced snacks.
