"WOW, for tier 7 this is great"

I have been wanting to visit this ground for a while & a PSF visit from an EFL club (Barrow AFC) was an ideal opportunity.
The outside facade looks impressive but the inside was better, a large kop end behind the goal & a very nice seated stand along one side with covered standing areas on the other two sides. Club staff were very friendly & welcoming to this old groundhopper.

Location

pleasantly situated in a park area in the Moston area of Manchester, easy to get to by public transport from the city centre

I had a seat near the half way line that afforded a great view

Facilities

excellent facilities with clean toilets that are regularly checked & recorded

Food & Drink

If I could give this section six stars I would.
£5 got me a Lancashire kebab, a meat & potato pie, mushy peas & gravy all inside a bread bap, superb

Police & Stewards

a few stewards who were friendly

Atmosphere

PSF so not much atmosphere
