Croatian side HNK Rijeka have announced plans for a new stadium, built on the site of the old Stadion Kantrida.

The club have been playing their home games at the temporary Stadion Rujevica since 2015.

The new 12,000 capacity ground has an eye-catching design with a spire and unique sloping roofline. It has an estimated cost of around £85m and will also feature a 4 star hotel and three skyscrapers as part of a wider seafront development.
