Manchester City have received planning permission for a major expansion to the Etihad Stadium.
A further 7,000 seats will be added, taking the ground's capacity to just shy of 62,000. The club will also add a sky bar with views overlooking the pitch and a stadium walk experience.
Man City expect to spend around £300m on the project which will also see the creation of a 3,000 capacity fan zone as well a new club shop, museum and 400 bed hotel.
