TNS start work on new stand

The New Saints have broken ground on a project to build a new 800-seater stand at their Park Hall Stadium.

The new stand is expected to cost around £1m and will increase the ground's capacity from 1,000 to around 1,600. It is being built to ensure the ground meets the required standards to host UEFA competition qualifying matches from next season onwards.

TNS are currently 15 points clear at the top of the Welsh Premier League, which will see them qualify for the Champions League next season.
