25,000 Stadiums

The footballgroundmap.com stadium database continues to grow, with the site having recently passed the 25,000 stadium milestone.

The growth in stadiums is thanks to the outstanding work from the footballgroundmap.com team, hunting out new stadiums and responding to requests from our users.

Naturally England leads the way, with over 6,500 grounds now catalogued. There are another 4 countries with more than 1,000 grounds logged: USA (2,300), Germany (1,881), France (1,110) and Scotland (1,068). In total, we have stadiums in our database from over 200 countries and principalities around the world.

Manchester United's Old Trafford is still our most visited stadium, with over 93,500 users having ticked it off.
