First Game

A Swindon friendly at the county ground on the 28th of July 2009 against West Brom. The game saw Simon Cox, who had recently left for West Brom for a transfer fee of over £1M return to the county ground. Swindon were 1-0 victors.

Best Game

5-5 Draw with Sheffield United in the league one play off semi final second leg, complete edge of the seat stuff throughout the entire match with moments of joy shortly followed by moments of fear. Don't think I will see a match like it again

Worst Game

Swindon 1 Macclesfield 0. I don't remember much about the game, I just remember it was cold misrable and Macclesfield liked to play a lot of route 1 football, to add to that we were also terrible, with the only goal coming from a Paul Benson tap in from the end of a Luke Rooney cross (Matt Ritchie also missed a penalty to make matters worse).

Great atmosphere even with a relatively low attendance, good day out with it being in the capital, unique stadium, has character, something I always enjoy.

To be clear, I don't dislike this ground, in fact I would say it's relatively nice with good facilities. It's only issue is that it seems to lack any soul to it, wasn't much in the way of an atmosphere (or be it was an absolutely miserable day and we beat them 4-0). Certainly don't hate it, just doesn't feel too special.
