This season's Champions League will conclude with a knockout tournament in the Portuguese city of Lisbon.
The tournament will take place at the beginning of August, after the major European leagues have been completed. The remaining four Round of 16 second leg ties will be played at the home teams' stadiums on August 7-8 with the quarter finals starting on August 12th.
Matches will be split between Benfica's Estadio da Luz and Sporting's Estadio Jose Alvalade with the final taking place at Benfica's ground on Sunday August 23rd.
Meanwhile, the Europa League will conclude with a mini knockout tournament in Northern Germany. Once the Round of 16 has concluded, the remaining ties will be played in Cologne, Duisburg, Dusseldorf and Gelsenkirchen, with the final to be played at the RheinEnergieStadion in Cologne on Friday August 23rd.
