Forest to construct temporary stand out of shipping containers?

Sunday 12th November 2023

Nottingham Forest are reportedly considering plans to build a new temporary stand made out of shipping containers.

In a move inspired by Qatar’s 974 Stadium, the Premier League club are considering the proposal as a way to quickly add around 500 seats to fill in the corners of the Trent End at the City Ground.

Plans to redevelop the stadium into a 38,000 capacity venue have already been approved by the council, but has not yet started.
