About gregster2009

First Game

Middlesbrough v Oldham Athletic in 1990, in the old League Division 2. Boro won 1-0, Bernie Slaven scored the winner, jumped on the fence to celebrate in front of me and that was me condemned to supporting Boro forever.

Best Game

I'd have to go for the League Cup Final in 2004, when Boro beat Bolton 2-1 to win their first and only major trophy.

Worst Game

Getting relegated at Leeds in 1997, having had 3 points deducted. There was no way we deserved to go down.

The Cup Final Result! It's a great stadium, close enough to the pitch, atmosphere for big games is brilliant (both footy and rugby). Cardiff is a great city for sport and socialising.

Crap atmosphere, and a mix of tourists there for the day so they can say they're proper Utd Plc fans and plastic fans pretending to be hooligans and trying to goad you into fights. Also away fans are hidden away from the cameras in a corner.
