My Mum's team Ipswich Town Vs Chelsea (1.4.2002 - 0-0) aged 6. Unsurprisingly I don't remember much of it.
Toss up between Man United away (29.9.2012 - 2-3) when we beat them at Old Trafford for the first time in over 20 years, and Sheffield United away (28.1.2015 - 2-2) in the League Cup semi final second leg.
In terms of atmosphere, Independiente Vs Racing Club (31.08.2014 - 2-1) in the Avellaneda Clasico.
In purely footballing terms (although it certainly had an atmosphere too) was the North London Derby at the Lane in 2011 (20.4.2011 - 3-3) - high scoring, under the lights and end to end it was an amazing experience that really ignited my love of the game and my club.
