Yes... football was much better in the olden days, fights (I would never get involved, but they always made the day more entertaining), disasters (not fun, or good in any way, but somehow still very compelling), shit grounds were great, terraces, trains. modern life is rubbish.
Leeds V Ipswich 1974(?) maybe Leeds won 2-1, perhaps Trevor Cherry scored or did something memorable.
Possibly Leeds v VFB Stuttgart 199?, or that Leeds v Liverpool multi-goal comeback saga of that same era.
Fulham v Scarborough 1995? mind you there was some fun to be had watching Ian Ironside in goal for Scarborough.

it's maybe posher now, but was shite 20 years ago. also contenders; Watford, Colchester, Halifax - The Shay (although it had 'character' in it's worseness)
