Ipswich v West Ham - Sept/Oct 1977 - lost 2-0 and was hooked !!

Best Game

Highest profile - UEFA cup final 1st leg v AZ Alkmar 1981 won 3-0.
Best day out - Wembley play off final v Barnsley - won 4-2 !!
Best game when lost - Norwich away Simod cup semi at carrow road- crowd of about 18,000 of which half were Ipswich and couple of thousand more locked out - atmospere was incredible and the after game scenes were quite outrageous !!
But for tension, 4 years of play-off failure and a game full of EVERYTHING, play-off semi final v Bolton, Portman Road, won 5-3 after extra time, 7-5 on aggregate !!

Worst Game

So many !! This season Southampton at home takes some beating for ineptitude (0-3!!!).
Bolton away 7 years ago (0-4) spineless !!
Norwich away, milk cup semi thrown away and a low point !!

Always good turn out and atmosphere at Forest !!

Horrible newish lego ground !!
