bring back standing up at games ....its just better
First Pompey match was against Oxford the second game into the 96 season ..won 2-0 o 2-1 ..the ozzy John Alosi got one goal think svensseon got the other....
96 or 97 away at swindon we had 2 opposite ends behind the goal and were waving at each other...pompey were 3-1 down at half time and araon flahaven (rip) got knocked out by iffy onoura ..our clumsy defender perret went in goal kept them out the whole half and claridge and peron grabbed two goals and we hung on....3-3 meet willy carson outisde the ground and got given a free pasty..atmosphere was electric too.......
beating reading 7-4 at home and derby 6-2 were specail too......
A hampshire cup match at Gosport Borough about 5 years ago with me mates sat in the stand about 0'c before wind chill no shots in the whole match went into extra time ...still now shots ...rubbin me hands at pens then the other team scored in the last moin of extra time ...basterds
