Leeds vs Coventry. Spring of 1994. Don't remember much about the game at all, tbh, but we won 1-0, and Rod Wallace got the goal.
Probably not the best game I've been to in terms of quality of football, but in terms of drama, excitement, and the feelings I experienced during and after the game, it has to be the play-off away leg vs Preston.
I've seen worse games in terms of quality, (due to the high number of non-league games I've been to) but I don't remember feeling much lower than I did away at MK Dons, round about Christmas 2008.
It was just something special. When I came out from the concourse, and looked at everything that was going on, it felt incredible. It was a great occasion, only spoiled by the match!
Soul-less Ikea stadium, with awful support. Give me an aging dump, over an airfix, mass produced stadium any day.
