About elliotcorbett

First Game

I think it was a league game in around 2006 at Dumbarton, I think the score was a 4 - 0 win against Stenhousemuir.

Best Game

There has been a few:

1. 2012 First Division Play-Off final 2nd Leg - 20th May 2012 - (Attendance: 2,914) - Airdrie United 1 - 4 Dumbarton (Agg 2-6) - Great day, Fantastic Support and Atmosphere, not to mention the excellent scoreline of course, with goals from Dargo (2), Gilhaney and Tony Wallace.

2. Scottish First Division - 2nd January 2013 - (Attendance: 2,414) - Morton 0 - 3 Dumbarton - Not only was this the 'derby' but the best thing about this game was that Morton were sitting top of the league, whilst Dumbarton were in danger at the bottom of the league, but we went and absolutely battered them with goals from Fleming, Agnew and Prunty.

3. Scottish First Division - 23rd March 2013 - (Attendance: 3,409) - Dunfermline 3 - 4 Dumbarton - With Dumbarton still trying to survive at the bottom of the league, and with Dumbarton 3-1 down in the second half, it looked like more of the same, but Dumbarton came out and played brilliantly in the second half and turned the game around with goals from McDougall (2), Turner and Agnew.

4. Scottish Cup Quarter Final - 8 March 2014 - (Attendance: 10,600) - Aberdeen 1 - 0 Dumbarton - Despite playing very well and Paul McGinn coming close late on with a diving header and not to mention how massive an accomplishment it was for Dumbarton to reach the quarter finals of the Scottish Cup and to run a team like Aberdeen so close, but it was a fantastic following for Dumbarton and a great atmosphere.
