First Game

My Dad says it was St Mirren v Dundee United at Love Street, but my first memory (not necessarily my first game!) was of green shirts - so probably Hibs (we never went to Old Firm games because their fans often brought trouble, so it couldn't have been Celtic).

Best Game

Tricky one - beating Hearts 6-2 in 1985 (I think) was a cracker. Beating Slavia Prague, with seven Czech internationals in the side) was also incredible. Both First Division Championship wins were memorable, too (especially the Raith Rovers game), while the 2016-17 relegation escape was wonderful.

Worst Game

Easier - St. Mirren v Dundee Utd in the Premier League, circa 1990. Finished 1-1, but both goals were scored in the first three minutes. Rest of the game was abysmal. Other bad game was League Cup Final, 2010 - not because of the result, but because we played Rangers off the park but couldn't score. When they went down to nine men, we didn't really know how to make use of the extra space, and the sendings-off galvanised Rangers. They scored a breakaway goal with about six minutes left to play. I could have taken being thrashed by Rangers, but to lose in the way we did after such possession was very galling.

It's probably not the best, but after it was redeveloped, it was visually very impressive and sticks in my memory for that reason

When I was last at Cappielow, it was falling to bits. Large sections of the ground were uninhabitable, and the sense of rot and decay was palpable. It was a shame - Morton fans deserved better.
